Quite similar to the Martingale Betting Strategy, this betting system would see the player increasing betting units of his or her wagers when faced with the event of a loss.
This is a lot less risky than the popular Martingale Betting Strategy. The system is based mainly on the law of equilibrium and is named after the great mathematician Jean Le Rond D’alembert. Other times this betting strategy may be called The Pyramid Betting System. This sort of betting strategy agrees that over a period of time, the player can have a high possibility of winning, then followed by a loss.
The D’alembert Betting Strategy is perfect for games such as roulette or games of chance, although it could also be used in any other games, whether it is black jack or craps.
It works very simple. After a loss, the player increases his or her bet by a unit. On the other hand, the player would reduce his or her bet byone unit after each win. An anti-D’alembert strategy also exists, if you don’t like using this one.
Let’s say that one unit equals $1. In an event we have lost with a $1 bet, the next bet would be $2. And if we lost again, the next bet would be $3. Saying after the third bet we have won, the next would be $2. The thing about this betting strategy is we either move one unit more or less depending on the situation.
There are several betting strategies out there and it is your choice what to use in a game. Others use this strategy for fun, but not exactly all the time. This is still a lesser risky strategy than the popular Martingale Betting Strategy. The key is to have fun with the strategy you will use, lose less money and earn a little bit more.
